We are currently looking for a Head of Commercial Property Management to lead our Commercial Property Management division at Harcourts Grenadier. This role is a mix of hands-on property management, leadership and business development.

We are looking for someone with experience in property management, who is dedicated to fostering a positive team environment and ensuring both our staff and clients receive the very best service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management - Maintain a medium sized, high-value portfolio, ensuring top-tier service for our clients.
• Team Leadership & Development - Lead, support, and train a team of Commercial Property Managers and Support staff, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
• Business Growth - Drive business development by bringing in new commercial property management clients.
• Operational Excellence - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service.
