Join our Corporate OD team as we continue our journey of driving continuous improvement and embarking on exciting territory with new initiatives and technology enhancements. The purpose of this newly created role is to develop and manage Restaurant Brand’s (RBD’s) internal communications strategies globally, bringing our brand and EVP to life. This role will enhance employee engagement, increase inclusion and support our change and transformation programmes. Reporting to the People Experience Manager, you will be part of a small but mighty team! This is a hands-on role that requires understanding of the business, its strategic needs, effective stakeholder relationship management and building alignment across the business. You will have an amazing opportunity to make this role your own, influence senior leadership, and be involved with a variety of new projects.

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

• Develop and implement internal communications strategies
• Communicate change and transformation programmes
• Create and manage an internal comms content calendar
• Create content for and maintain RBD’s website and LinkedIn channel
• Share external communications with employees
• Manage RBD’s internal brand and associated frameworks, guidelines and collateral
• Assist with varied tasks across the team
• Participate in creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Skills and Experience required:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in a large corporate organisation undergoing transformation is advantageous
• Strong research and critical evaluation skill
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business
• Creative and able to take initiative, and works well with ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly resilient with strong learning agility and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (other platforms advantageous e.g. Canva, video editing software, Content Management Systems etc)
