• Gather and document business requirements, data validation rules, and reporting needs.
• Define user workflows and collaborate with developers for seamless system interaction.
• Support UAT testing to ensure system accuracy, usability, and data integrity.

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, data validation, and system workflows for a key data submission platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers to ensure a seamless, user-friendly system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, validation rules, and reporting needs.
• Define data validation logic and ensure enforcement across frontend and backend.
• Map out user workflows for data submission, validation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to improve user experience and error handling.
• Develop test scenarios and support UAT testing to validate system functionality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in business analysis for data-driven systems.
• Strong understanding of data validation, reporting, and system workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with developers, data engineers, and UI/UX teams.
