We have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Coordinator to join our team based at Tuakau in Auckland.

Be responsible for:

  • Fulfilling Dricon customer service expectations by promptly and accurately processing customer orders.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of orders to trucks, and cost-effective delivery of orders that are in full, on time and in specification.
  • Build strong customer relationships becoming involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service
  • Pro-actively identify and inform customers of any network/operational delays
  • Maintain high standard of order processing and record to manage stock inventory


About you:

  • Substantial experience in a customer service environment - Transport or Logistics experience advantageous
  • Have strong communication skills, be customer centric, and have a positive and proactive attitude towards your work
  • Be able to instantly build rapport with both internal and external customers 
  • Computer literacy - proficient alpha and numerical data entry skills
  • Well-developed time management and planning skills
