Role Overview:
As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the technical implementation of the project, providing direction and guidance to a team of engineers. You will be responsible for the overall architecture and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to build high-quality, scalable web applications.
• Lead the implementation of the CDP system (Tealium or Segment).
• Work on integrations between CDP and other parts of the marketing stack, including Hubspot, Iterable, and Salesforce.
• Ensure data is clean, secure, and properly routed across systems to enable effective marketing and lead management.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to support integration and migration efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise with Tealium or Segment CDP platforms.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Typescript.
• Familiarity with static site generation and DevOps pipelines, particularly Gatsby.
• Experience with Cypress or Playwright for automated testing and Jest for unit testing.
• Experience with migrating from headless WordPress installations.
