What will you do?
We are on the lookout for a Project Delivery Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale projects across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Design Practice Lead, this role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing budgets and schedules, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and resolving design challenges.
Other key responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple complex architectural projects, ensuring all stages, from concept to completion, are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality industry standards across Australia and New Zealand
- Provide expert on-site architect supervision and project execution, conducting regular site visits, monitoring construction progress
- Manage project design budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks, ensuring all projects are delivered within financial constraints and to the highest architectural standards
- Manage design consultancy contracts and oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with all contract terms
- Ensure all design models undergo thorough BIM clash detection processes to identify and resolve any conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems
- Expert use of BIM360, Revit and Procore document management systems to track, organise, and control project documentation

- You have experience in BIM360, Revit, Procore, and BIM clash detection
