The opportunity:
In this role, reporting into the Head of ASB Partnership, you will be responsible for managing and successfully delivering projects and key initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the ASB/AIA partnership. You will oversee key relationships across both organizations, ensuring that projects are implemented on time, within budget, and meet quality standards to deliver expected benefits.
Your efforts will be focused on achieving excellence for our ASB partner, AIA, and our shared customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the successful delivery of ASB/AIA partnership initiatives and projects to achieve their full business benefits.
- Managing the ASB/AIA project portfolio overview of the delivery teams, directing resources and stakeholders to meet objectives within agreed timelines, budgets, scopes, and quality.
- Collaborating closely with the Head of ASB Partnership and team to ensure alignment between delivery and strategic business goals.
- Prioritising and managing relationships with stakeholders across AIA and ASB.
- Partnering with project sponsors and owners to maintain strategic alignment of delivery with business objectives.
- Guiding stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams in developing effective solutions.
- Facilitating workshops for commercial and project-related initiatives.
- Ensuring a clear understanding and application of risk and control management responsibilities across all activities.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Passion, drive, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building strong connections at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a talent for collaborating to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
- Knowledge of the financial services or insurance industry (preferred).
