Ko tō tūranga – your role
The Principal Architect will provide overall architecture and solution leadership for the Salesforce ecosystem of capabilities. Translating business requirements into Salesforce based solutions in alignment with best practices aswell as leading and governing solution design across the salesforce ecosystem.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

Domain accountabilities include all Salesforce capabilities (specifically CRM, Marketing, Datacloud, Commerce, Agent force) and related domain capabilities
Owning the overall Architecture for your domain; acting as the authority and subject matter expert for all architecture matters for your domain across the organisation.
Utilising Domain expertise to define/create current and future state technology roadmaps for change.
Align tech roadmaps & solutions to business and technology strategies, ensuring strategic fit of & alignment with industry norms, best practices and frameworks eg: TMForum, TOGAF & ITIL
Performing current state architectural assessments for your domain and documentation of these Key Performance Indicators/Outcomes
Delivery of comprehensive end to end high quality IT solution architecture and designs
Stakeholder communication and achievement of buy in and support for your roadmaps
Achieves positive and supportive stakeholder feedback
Solutions in your domain are high quality and compliant with relevant standards and roadmap
Ensure the solution architecture is comprehensive and end to end in nature, and aligns to roadmaps, strategies, principals, policies and business needs and requirements

Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring

Deep Salesforce expertise (10-15 years of design and implementation experience) across Salesforce CRM, Communications, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud
Architecture experience in the Telco BSS domain would be beneficial
Deep expertise in product modelling, standards and reference architectures and data
Breadth of experience across Telco BSS, OSS, and Digital technologies
Knowledge of software development and full technology stacks
Experience with a variety of software programming languages
Experienced working with various delivery methodologies including DevOps, SAFe and Waterfall
Solid understanding and experience using the TM Forum and TOGAF frameworks
Experience with systems integration and information security
Knowledge of APIs and micro-services architecture
