Production Worker

In this role you are required to Support the operations team using a variety of different machinery and equipment.

As you may rotate around different production areas of manufacturing and assist with different tasks such as macro, micro tipping and delustering so you will need to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.

The role is physical, You will be required to manually handle products including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Be able to work at a fast pace while still producing good quality workmanship
• Be physically fit and able to lift 15kg-20kg
• Be able to follow Health and Safety rules and procedures
• Process Assistants are required to work on a rostered shift pattern (2 days 2 nights on 4 days off - 12-hour shift from 5:45 until 6)

Skills required:

• Understand the manufacturing environment (Quality and safety rules)
• Food Manufacturing experience ideally.
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Computer knowledge is a must.

Whilst this is a full-time temporary position, there is an opportunity for this to lead into a full time permanent position.
