The Role Will Involve
- Generating new leads and cultivating strong client relationships π€
- Conducting property appraisals and market analyses π
- Marketing and presenting properties effectively to potential buyers and sellers π‘
- Negotiating offers and closing deals successfully π°
- Managing your own sales pipeline and achieving individual targets π
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process β¨
- Maintaining accurate records and complying with all relevant legislation ποΈ
- Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and support each other teamwork
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales (minimum 2 years experience)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the Auckland property market
- Real Estate Salesperson license (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
