Do you want to work in an action-packed environment?
Action Water and Power Sports are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our tight-knit team in Christchurch as an Office Administrator.
Action Water and Power Sports are New Zealand's Dealer for Malibu & Axis Boats, and Christchurch stockists of Sea-Doo Jetskis, Can-Am Off-Road, CF Moto and Four Winns boats.
What you'll do:
Supporting both the sales and service teams, you will be a vital part in giving our customers the excellent service they deserve and contribute to our growing business. You will have excellent people and communications skills along with a drive and ambition to continue to learn on the job.
You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration, accounts, and customer service support as the first point of contact for Action Water and Power Sports customers. This varied role will see you take sole responsibility for co-ordinating and scheduling service bookings, service advising, inbound and outbound parts management, daily accounts, and creditor month end processing.
This role provides you with a bit of everything where no two days will be the same, making it an exciting place to work! Our business is growing, and we are looking for the right person to join us.

While the ideal candidate would have had some administrative experience, an entry level opportunity will be available for the right applicant.
The anticipated start date for the role will commence after 7th April.
