Are you a skilled Senior Estimator with a passion for accuracy, safety, and getting things done? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estimator to join a dynamic team at one of New Zealand’s leading companies in the roading and contracting industry!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Producing consistent, accurate cost estimates for projects
  • Coordinating the tender process and delivering cost estimates on time
  • Assisting with pre-qualification documents and client meetings
  • Using cutting-edge estimating software (training provided if needed)
  • Participating in post-tender negotiations and risk management
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met on all projects


What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in estimating, ideally within the roading and contracting industry
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in estimating software (CCS Candy, CostX, or similar)
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Personal Traits: Safety-first attitude, hard-working, reliable, problem-solver, team player with a strong sense of pride in your work
