We’re on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager to inspire, empower, and drive our Christchurch-based team to deliver audience-focused, dynamic media solutions.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT:

Revenue Success:

  • Craft and implement a clear, market-driven sales strategy.
  • Guide your team to develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging the full potential of NZME’s media portfolio.
  • Foster and strengthen customer relationships through innovative advertising solutions.
  • Provide your team with the tools, insights, and resources they need to excel.


Inspirational Leadership:

  • Build a culture of empowerment, motivation, and success.
  • Align your vision with NZME’s goals and communicate this effectively across teams.
  • Actively participate in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing talent, ensuring diversity and inclusion remain at the forefront.

Operational Excellence:

  • Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and CRM compliance.
