About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
We’re looking for a Supervisor - Nightfill to join our Woolworths New Zealand team.
We’re proud of the diversity of our team and the roles they play in running our store - this role is great for anyone looking to build their retail management career.

As a dedicated night owl you will be working outside our normal trading hours to get the job done. A night in the life of a Supervisor - Nightfill could look like:

• Ensuring the shelves are stocked and looking great for our customers who will be shopping the next day
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the store and stockrooms
• Keeping your team striving and motivated to achieve great results within tight time frames
• Championing health and safety practices

About You | Mōu
In this role we are looking for our new leader to:

• Be a strong people leader and have the ability to motivate a team
• Have strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with team members
• Be organised and be able to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Hold a General Managers certificate and forklift licence - preferred but not essential
