Job Description

Our client is a 26-year-old female with diffuse brain injury who needs a fun loving, proactive and experienced support worker to assist her in living her best life.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable in a medical home environment
  • Confident to handle cares independently
  • Must have a full NZ driving licence
  • Must be eligible to work in NZ
  • Subject to clean police clearance check
  • Able to commit to the shifts
  • Must be able to tolerate birds.


Tasks:

  • Medication Management- client has blister packs
  • Manual handling and hoist- client has a ceiling hoist at the property
  • Meal Preparation and Home Help
  • Bowel and Bladder Management
  • Personal cares


*Flexibility required

Shifts:

  • Monday 15:00-22:00- Cover for Maternal Leave until 2025
  • Tuesday 15:00-22:00
  • Wednesday 07:00-15:00 (cover until further notice) and 15:00-22:00
  • Sunday 15:00-22:00 and 22:00-07:00


*With the opportunity to pick up more shifts as they become available
