Are you an experienced Foreman seeking a dynamic opportunity in the heart of New Zealand's construction industry? Our client specialises in delivering subcontractor excellence to construction companies across the country. You will become an expert in your field, working on projects that push the boundaries of innovation and quality.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team known for precision, quality, and innovative solutions in precast concrete. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing on-site operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results on large-scale, developments.

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead and manage skilled teams to deliver high-quality precast concrete installations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges to ensure seamless project execution


About You

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Foreman
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Understanding of precast concrete installation techniques and industry best practices.
  • Quick thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and clients.
  • Relevant construction and safety certifications are an advantage
