As a Sales Advisor for this prestigious brand, your role goes beyond raising brand awareness and driving sales. It's about having a deep passion for our products, a keen understanding of consumer desires, and a commitment to success.

We are recruiting for two exciting teams: one focusing on a cutting-edge haircare technology range, and the other on advanced floorcare products.

Location: Various locations across Auckland

Hours:
Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you must be reliable, honest, outgoing, and hardworking with excellent interpersonal skills.

You’ll be a key member of our retail team, embodying the spirit of Dyson through your enthusiasm for technology and dedication to providing top-tier customer service. You’ll bring a genuine interest in innovation and the ability to engage customers effectively, inspiring them with Dyson's revolutionary solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Arrive on time for every shift.
  2. Check in and out of all relevant platforms.
  3. Ensure all demonstration products are clean and functioning.
  4. Meet individual sales targets.
  5. Deliver excellent customer service, offering product information and assistance.
  6. Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively.
  7. Stay informed about current sales and promotions.
  8. Educate consumers on key product features, showcasing what makes Dyson unique.
  9. Collect meaningful customer feedback on products.
