We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Analyst who will deliver end-to-end operational support to ensure the Customer Engagement team are able to deliver to their strategic ambitions. This will allow us to further deliver to BNZ's strategic ambitions.

We sat down with our current Product Owner, they let us know the below about the role:

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

  • Working closely with stakeholders to support the implementation of a Decisioning Engine that will improve the way we communicate with our customers.
  • Support the different Customer Engagement teams with the gathering of business requirements whilst maintaining a backlog through regular refinement and sizing sessions.
  • Attending and facilitating Agile Ceremonies and driving actions that may arise.
  • Understand operational processes alongside regulatory and risk requirements to help protect both our colleagues and customers.
  • Delivering on outcomes in a timely manner

  • Experience working with both Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with facilitation of Agile ceremonies
  • High standard of written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements for the Implementation team
