The Company
Are looking for ab enthusiastic planner to join their team of architects, civil engineers, structural engineers and landscape designers based on the Auckland North Shore.

The company provides services for high quality residential and commercial developments in and around Auckland.

The Role
You will act as a coordinator between client, council, consultants and company staff for various types of high quality Resource Consent applications.

You will act as a consultant during concept design to insure that concept design meets local planning requirements.

About You

  • You have a tertiary qualification in urban planning, resource management or in a similar field acknowledged by NZPI
  • Some working knowledge of the Resource Management Act 1991.
  • A collaborative team player who are just as interested in dealing with people as they are in dealing with technical issues.
  • Ability to take the initiative, identify problems and consequently find a suitable solution.
  • Due to the high number of mandarin-speaking clients, mandarin speakers would be preferred but not required.
