Geneva Healthcare is New Zealand’s trusted experts in aged care, illness, injury & disability support. Through our Homecare department our Support Workers can support our client’s recovery in the comfort of their own home.

We are currently searching for a team of Support Workers to help care for our clients in Takapuna, Central Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker to progress their career further, as well as a rewarding role where you will not only make a difference in our client’s life but also their families. You will receive extensive theoretical and practical training for the competencies needed for this role.

If you are willing to travel to Central Auckland, highly experienced in healthcare or have previous experience with personal cares and home help. Then this is the job for you!

As a Support Worker you will have the following responsibilities:

  • First aid trained
  • Level 2, 3 or 4 qualifications in healthcare
  • Flexible with availability to pick any shifts.
  • Personal cares and home help


We are looking to fill the following shifts:

Monday to Sunday flexibility – Mornings and Evenings availability.

Requirements:

  • Be able to start immediately
  • Be a good communicator, patient, and calm –someone who is genuinely interested in people and can build meaningful relationships
  • Honest, reliable with complete integrity
  • Must have a clean and valid Restricted/Full driver’s license & own transport
  • Must be eligible to work in NZ
  • Subject to clean police clearance check
