The Opportunity

An exciting role is available for a commercial litigation lawyer with four to nine years' post qualification experience to join our commercial litigation team led by partners David Broadmore and Luke Sizer.



This is the perfect opportunity for you if you are an outstanding candidate and interested to take a step up into a more senior role within a team that is busy, high-performing, supportive, and collaborative.



The work you will do is varied so no two days will be the same. The team regularly acts for listed entities and other prominent clients in significant, complex, matters ranging from advisory work and ADR, through to appearing in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.



As part of a team known for its broad experience and with market recognised expertise in several areas, you will assist with a range of commercial litigation matters, particularly litigation concerning financial services and insolvency but also property, construction, company, judicial review and intellectual property disputes.



You'll gain mentorship from David and Luke to hone your litigation and advocacy skills as you develop your career, as well as the chance to mentor junior lawyers.
