THE OPPORTUNITY: As a Senior Digital Campaign Manager – Paid Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of multi-channel digital campaigns, from strategy to execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll manage campaigns that deliver measurable results, optimise performance, and align with business objectives.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social media, video, and display advertising.

Performance Analysis & Optimization: Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to monitor and analyse campaign performance. Identifying areas for improvement and act on them to enhance results.

Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient and meet financial targets.

Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership, showcasing the impact of digital campaigns on business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives and branding guidelines.

Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

ABOUT YOU:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or relevant field is nice to have, but not essential.
  • 3+ years’ experience specialising in paid media campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients in agency, internal, or consulting settings.
  • Success in creating and executing paid media strategies for diverse industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong copywriting skills tailored to deliver clear, user-focused reporting.
  • Technical expertise to leverage software for automation and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for paid media and a desire to mentor and develop team members.
