How to post a job on ZEIL
1. Log In:
- Open the ZEIL app or website.
- Log in with your credentials (email and password).
2. Access Your Brand Page:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page where it says "Switch company."
- Select the company page you wish to post the job on.
3. Navigate to "Post a Job":
- In the top menu bar, click "Post a Job."
- Tip: If the job is similar to one you’ve already posted, locate that job in your dashboard, select it, and click "Duplicate" to generate a copy that you can edit as needed.
4. Enter Job Information:
Provide the following details:
- Job title
- Location
- Role level
- Work type (you can select multiple options)
- Work style
- Category and subcategory of the job
5. Salary and Compensation:
- Add the salary range or amount (you can choose whether to display it by ticking a box).
- Include any additional compensation unique to your company (optional).
6. Skills Requirements:
- Select up to 5 soft skills and 5 hard skills required for the role.
7. ATS Integration (Optional):
- If you use your own Applicant Tracking System (ATS), provide the link where candidates will be redirected to apply.
8. Perks and Benefits:
- Select perks or benefits from ZEIL's list to make your job stand out (optional).
9. Job Schedule (Optional):
- Specify the required job schedule if applicable.
10. Notifications for Applications:
- If you want notifications sent to a different email than your account’s primary email, provide it here.
11. No CV Required:
- Tick the box if this role doesn’t require a CV.
12. Write the Job Description:
- Create the job description manually or use ZEIL's AI generator to help draft or refine it.
13. Application Questions (Optional):
Add custom application questions by selecting "Add a new application question." Choose the question type:
- Yes/No
- Free text (candidates write their own statement)
- Single select (candidates choose one statement)
- Multiple select (candidates choose multiple statements)
- Specify ideal answers if necessary.
- To delete a question, click it and select the trash bin icon.
14. Creative Options:
- Choose your plan (Basic or Plus).
Add images:
- Upload portrait (up to 5 for Plus users) and landscape images.
- Use stock images from our millions of options or upload your own.
- Crop or delete images by hovering over them.
- Optionally, add a job post video for a visual representation of the role.
15. Review and Finalise:
- Check all details.
- To edit a previous step, click the corresponding section in the top navigation panel.
16. Save or Publish:
- Save your post as a draft by clicking "Save for later."
- Or, agree to ZEIL's advertising guidelines and click "Publish."
- Note: Once you have published your job ad, you cannot change the images, job ad type or location, so be sure these are correct before publishing.
17. Share Your Job:
- Once published, you’ll be shown options to share the job post on social media or copy the link to distribute it elsewhere.
