Configuring an ATS as a User

If you're an ATS user, your ATS provider may already support ZEIL integration. This page will help you enable and use it.

If your particular ATS provider is not listed above, please check with them to find out whether an integration is already in progress.

Setup on ZEIL

In order to use a ZEIL integration, some setup is required on ZEIL.com. First, sign in or create a user account.

If you're creating a new user account, you will be presented with the option to find a job or create/join a company page. Select "Create or Join a Company Page".

If you already have a user account, you'll need to ensure your company has a brand page. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on your user profile image. If you're already part of a brand page, it will appear here. If not, you can select "Add Brand Page".

Creating or Joining a Brand Page

Enter the name of your company to search for it. The site will try to match your company name to existing pages. You can request to join an existing page or create a new one.

If you are creating a new brand page, the site will guide you.

Configuring Your ATS

Once you have a brand page set up on ZEIL, you're ready to configure your ATS. This process will depend on your ATS provider and will only need to be done once. Every user for your company will use the same configuration.

Regardless of which ATS you use, you'll need to obtain two secret values from ZEIL and enter them into the ATS. This will authorize your ATS to post on your behalf. Contact the ZEIL sales team to sign up and receive these secrets.
