Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a recent HR graduate or an experienced administrator who wants to explore a new career path!

Do you thrive in a dynamic and supportive work environment? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our busy HR team.

In this role, you will partner with our various business units to provide administrative support on all aspects of HR:

  • Administrative Duties: Manage our HR inboxes, respond to queries, update employee details, and deliver compliance audits.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Coordinate and provide administrative support for recruitment and onboarding.
  • Documentation and Systems: Maintain and implement HR documents, processes, systems, and policies, ensuring they meet best practices and legal requirements.
  • Recruitment Support: Draft recruitment-related documents and manage onboarding processes.
  • Engagement: Assist with HR initiatives to enhance engagement across our business units.


We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role with an interest in HR.
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
