We are currently seeking a Trades Administrator to join our Hamilton branch team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will provide administrative support to the Hamilton Trades division.

About the Role:

  • Technician / Subcontractor coordination
  • Allocation of work to technicians & subcontractors – reactive, planned and project.
  • Management of PPM allocation for the Hamilton region.
  • Admin support for projects and minor works in the Hamilton region (raising PO etc.)
  • Receipt daily timesheets for Hamilton based Trade staff including leave forms.
  • Maintain PPE to acceptable levels (order stock, allocate to technicians, maintain records etc.)
  • Maintain compliance training to acceptable levels (book mandatory training, coordinate attendance with technicians, maintain records etc.
  • Maintain office supplies (stationary and sundry levels etc.)
  • Manage mail and couriers for the Hamilton branch.
  • Schedule toolbox and other meetings. Record and distribute minutes if required.
  • General administrative duties as required by Hamilton Branch Manager.
  • As the Trades Business is 24 /7, some after-hours work may be required.


About You:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of JDE or a similar financial package is essential.
  • MS Office – word and Excel.
