About the Role

Provide a hands-on gardening service, ensuring the grounds are presentable and tidy all year round. Creatively use colour and texture to ensure seasonal planting enhances the facility.

Duties include:

• Regular pruning, weeding, and tidying of existing garden beds
• Replace plants as needed within budget parameters
• Develop new gardens with approval of management
• Utilise colour and texture when choosing seasonal plantings to enhance resident enjoyment
• Weekly tidy up of all parking areas

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrate an ability in gardening
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Current driver’s license
