Job Description: Customer service Representative- Logistics
We are seeking motivated Customer Services Representative who has worked in a customer care role within a high volume Warehouse and logistics industry
This role will be responsible for
Managing day-to-day servicing of a set clients ensuring that all service level agreements are achieved, internal SOPs are followed, and regulatory requirements are met.
Provide quotes/estimates for various projects working with commercial team
Compile end of month charges for client billing
Attend client meetings when required
Management of day to day service and expectations of customer
Liaise with client on orders going out
Log client orders and manage orders up to order becoming a shipment
Receive and manage any customer complaints/service queries
Requirements
2+ years of Warehousing experience and customer service experience
Use of powerpoint presentation and have advance excel skills
Be proficient with all Microsoft platforms
Excellent presentation & communication skills.
Use initiative and be ago getter and problem solver
Possess a positive, customer-oriented mind set.
