About the Role
As our Team Lead FOH Manager, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional front-of-house experience for our customers. You'll lead, motivate, and mentor our FOH team, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The Role Will Involve
Leading and motivating a team of front-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. ๐งโ๐ซ
Ensuring exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and creating a welcoming atmosphere. ๐ค
Overseeing all aspects of front-of-house operations, including seating, ordering, serving, and cashiering. ๐งพ
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and terrace. ๐งน
Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. ๐ฆ
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively. ๐ค
Assisting with opening and closing procedures. ๐
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment. ๐ฅณ
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Duty Manager certificate required
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in busy periods.
Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
