About the Role

As our Team Lead FOH Manager, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional front-of-house experience for our customers. You'll lead, motivate, and mentor our FOH team, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The Role Will Involve

  • Leading and motivating a team of front-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and creating a welcoming atmosphere. ๐Ÿค—
  • Overseeing all aspects of front-of-house operations, including seating, ordering, serving, and cashiering. ๐Ÿงพ
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and terrace. ๐Ÿงน
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. ๐Ÿ“ฆ
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively. ๐Ÿค
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures. ๐Ÿ”‘
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment. ๐Ÿฅณ


Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Duty Manager certificate required
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in busy periods.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
