We are on the lookout for a Fixed Term Employee, offering cover for parental leave. Our preferred start date is prior to Christmas and would ideally be for 12 months. Recommencing in early January 2025, when we return from our company closedown.

This is an end-to end social role, where you will be responsible for the planning and execution of paid and organic social strategies. You will work collaboratively with our internal stakeholders in particular; the global marketing team, brand and digital teams to bring these campaigns to life.

As our interim Social Media Specialist, you will deliver consistent, brand aligned marketing experiences across all social media. You will be responsible for various global social media channels, across multiple markets, for our key brands. You will lead both organic and paid planning for these channels; focused on growing brand presence, engagement, and conversion, in a full-funnel focused team.

This role sits within the Global Marketing team, where you will work among other channel specialists and designers who you will work with in order to drive and deliver timely, effective content in order to execute the plans successfully.

That’s the role so who are you?

You will be a highly energetic, marketing-minded professional who thrives in a creative environment, you’ll welcome new challenges and variety but equally, can focus on getting a project out the door on time.

  • You may be an intermediate level specialist with 3-5 years under your belt, preferably gained experience via social or media agencies.
  • You’ll have hands on Social Media experience using key platforms such as, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok. Knowledge on how to plan, optimise and report on these channels for paid and organic activity.
  • Be hands on with tools such as Meta Business manager, Tik-Tok Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or other publishing tools. Knowing how to use all key features within these tools, including set up of full funnel paid activity, reporting, and ongoing optimisations.
  • Understand the importance and strategy behind, content, messaging, channel fit, and audience targeting. Able to report on and plan content based on what is performing best (and why), and inform optimisations to social content when needed.
  • Used to owning the budget, budget tracking, presenting to clients, or internal teams, for paid social activity.
  • Confident and comfortable with presenting to a range of stakeholders across multiple markets and functions (marketing and non-marketing).
