As a Senior Chef de Partie, reporting to the Executive Chef, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our award-winning kitchen. Your responsibilities will include planning, organising, and supervising food preparation, managing kitchen departments, and developing profitable food production operations. You'll also assist with staff training and ensure effective food management processes.
We’re seeking a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and a flexible attitude, as the role requires working rostered shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring:
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven supervisory experience in large production-style kitchens.
Leadership & Communication Skills: A can-do attitude with exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Quality & Safety: Ability to produce high-quality dishes while maintaining rigorous food safety and hygiene standards.
