About the role
Are you a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer ready for the next step? Then this is your opportunity to take the lead and make a real impact! We are looking for an eager Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and partner with stakeholders across FSNI in enhancing our technical practices, software development lifecycle, and release management processes.
As the technical driving force behind our projects, you will elevate FSNI’s salesforce practices and play a vital role in shaping our future growth. Your work will ensure that our practices and principles enable instances that perform, scale, and become foundations to trailblaze.
What You will Be Doing:
- Guiding the design, development, and deployment of complex, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborating with a talented crew of functionals, administrators, developers, consultants and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Mentoring and inspiring team members to reach new heights in their technical journey.
- Enhancing our software development lifecycle and release management to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable Salesforce implementations.
- Being the go-to expert for all tech things Salesforce—best practices, technical advice, and design solutions that make a difference.
About you:
You’ll be the cornerstone of our Salesforce community, leading with creativity and expert knowledge and have at least 1+ years of experience guiding and supporting developers and architects. You will also:
- Be an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer or early Tech Lead with hands-on skills in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industries Clouds, Marketing Cloud or Pardot and DevOps Center.
- Be a problem-solver who sees challenges as opportunities and is keen on stepping into solution design.
- Have expertise in Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, omnistudio, flow, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques, with a demonstrated ability to apply these skills and uplift team members.
- Be a leader with exceptional communication skills who can foster trust, manage expectations, and drive projects to success.
- Be a mentor who enjoys nurturing talent, sharing knowledge, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning.
- Be a champion of best practices in development, testing, and release management to ensure top-tier quality.
