Our Pricing team are accountable for the development, execution and continuous improvement of our pricing propositions across Personal Banking.

Te Tūranga | The role:

As a Product and Pricing Analyst, you will work alongside our Senior Pricing Strategy Manager to implement pricing strategies for our Personal Banking product sets, drawing insights and providing data analysis.

As part of your role, you will be required to operate and maintain our pricing tools, keep our pricing documents updated, carry out ad-hoc analysis, and build reporting that will inform price settings.

This role has helped to develop previous employees and has seen them progress into different roles across the business.

  • We are looking for someone with the required technical capability, drive and enthusiasm to make a real impact.
  • You may already be working in a role that requires you to use tools such as SQL, Tableau and MS Excel, or you may have used these tools while studying.
  • It will be your curious and creative nature and passion for learning that will set you apart.
  • You will be working alongside others in your team and engaging with stakeholders, so you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
