Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a Product Transformation Strategy Manager, you will work in close collaboration with the Portfolio Head to support enterprise change initiatives ensuring alignment to product vision and strategy.

You'll contribute to the strategic direction of Business Product & Payments by helping drive transformation towards Westpac’s target state for products and processes. By collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders across Westpac, you'll ensure our alignment with product vision and strategy, as well as ensuring the achievement of business outcomes post-implementation.

The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively champion and communicate the strategic narrative, influence, collaborate and distil key points from discussions and translate them into clear, concise and actionable insights. In addition, you will have:

  • Consulting experience, or professional services background
  • Experience within the finance or banking industry
  • Strategy, transformation, change delivery experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to articulate concepts and outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen and delivery focused
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Relevant qualification: CA, MBA, Finance, Law, Science or Engineering preferred.
