As a key member of our client success team, you will play a critical role in driving partnership growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The role is HYBRID, with 2 days from home and 3 days in our Takapuna office, close to the main bus stop and a stone’s throw from the beach and all other amenities that Takapuna has to offer.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Be there for your clients and the internal teams to ensure we all get a result
Maintain and grow relationships with clients to increase revenue and maximize client retention.
Relationship building and retention is your core focus
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue.
Create and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients that showcase our offerings and meet their unique needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage client contracts, including renewals and negotiations.
Track and report on account performance, including revenue and client satisfaction metrics.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in digital account management.
Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and increasing revenue.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development.
Proficiency with sales and project management software and CRMs.
Quick learner with strong negotiating skills.
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
Willingness to learn and work within our proven account management process.
Strong personal time management skills.
Client-facing meetings experience.
