Main purpose of job: To ensure the smooth, efficient & profitable operation of the restaurant and to ensure an enjoyable experience for all restaurant customers and staff. To achieve Mexicano’s Vision through the invention, implementation and monitoring of systems.
Key Result Areas:
Develop and maintain a strong, respectful and open relationship with General Manager Effectively implement all new systems required by the General Manager Identify, trial, implement and review restaurant systems required to meet the current and future business objectives Work alongside the General Manager, Kitchen Manager and Senior staff to manage the Mexicano’s NPS system that will become the cornerstone of all food and beverage innovation Meet or exceed all financial benchmarks. Including but not limited to GP%, Wage %, revenue targets and average spend Be defined and recognised by all team members as an effective leader who they respect and enjoy working alongside Train and support all Front of House Staff
Suitable applicants will have the following skills:
1. A friendly, positive and warm personality 2. Experience with Mexican cuisine would be ideal but we will train the person 3. Willing to follow directions exactly 4. Observe a habit of personal cleanliness 5. Willing to work irregular hours according to the needs of the food service operation 6. Able to work in a team 7. Efficient worker who uses initiative 8. Ability to communicate effectively with Kitchen and FOH staff
9. Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) and Duty Manager's Certificate.
