About the role The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall integrity and delivery of Go Digital projects. You will develop and maintain individual projects and work with the Programme Manager to ensure projects align with the overall Go Digital Programme and organisational wide change programme. You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of Go Digital projects, within budget and timeframes, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.
The Go Digital Programme is an investment in transforming council's digital operating systems, the way we work, and how our customers engage with Council.

About You We need someone who wants a fast paced and important role within Council and requires and energetic team player who is able to provide leadership to numerous project teams. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders. You will have an exemplary track record of being able to co-ordinate multiple priorities at the same time, while achieving a quality outcome.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes to succeed in this position:
Experience working on projects that are organisation wide, with multiple stakeholders and complex change management requirements
Experience and understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies
Excellent stakeholder engagement and oral and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and be adaptable to changing priorities.
