My client is a boutique and growing fund manager based in Takapuna. They have exciting plans for market growth over the next year, coupled with a strong focus on wellness initiatives for the team.
We are seeking a candidate who enjoys a client-facing role, with the opportunity to build relationships via face-to-face engagement. If you are keen to build your career towards the Relationship Manager role, a pathway is available, with relevant study supported.
Some key tasks will include:
Deliver outstanding experiences for Kiwisaver clients by demonstrating a strong knowledge of the product.
Proactively promote Kiwisaver to existing clients with the view of supporting their financial future.
Actively engage with clients and members through their financial life cycle with a view to ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and best outcomes for investors.
Appropriate pipeline management of all leads.
Innovate and conceptualise ideas for delivering a better client/member experience, streamlined processes and overall efficiencies.
Provide information and education within the scope of your role to help clients to make better informed financial decisions.
Comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements including AML, FMCA, KiwiSaver Act.
Who are you?
We're looking for candidates with experience in a client management role within Kiwisaver/Funds Management. Ideally you will be Level 5 qualified, or working towards this.
You'll have a strong commitment to providing excellent client service, and demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm in terms of thinking of the best ways to deliver this.
We're keen to hear from candidates who have a demonstrated ability to build relationships, coupled with high level of self-motivation and initiative when looking for solutions.
