This is a 12-month contract position for an IT Tech Lead at a prominent technology company in New Zealand that develops software solutions for enterprise and mid-sized businesses. The role involves leading a team of 20 professionals across development, security, infrastructure, data, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have:
At least 5-7+ years of senior IT management experience
Strong enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud technology expertise
Experience with network management, virtualization, and ITIL
Proficiency in security protocols and disaster recovery
Project management skills (Agile/Scrum)
Proven leadership ability
Strong communication skills
Strategic thinking capabilities
