Remarkable People are looking for an experienced residential or Commercial Site Manager and Project Manager to join an established team in Queenstown.
The role will include leading a team of Carpenters, labourers and trade partners on site, whilst working with a Quantity Surveyors on Residential and Commercial projects. Role Description:
Planning and managing all areas of the construction project
Leading and managing Health & Safety in all aspects
Leading cost control and budget reporting
Meeting Key Performance Objectives of the project
Focus on quality and sustainability
Construction duties if and when required, and compliance to policies, procedures, relevant building codes
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain a high service quality

Role Requirements:
Familiarity with using project management software
Must have relevant NZ or AUS project management experience
Proven planning & program management experience
High-end Residential & commercial experience
Experience in leading and managing crew of construction and trade teams
Excellent communication skills
Finance and budgeting skills
