Six month fixed term contract for experienced administrator
Handy Central Wellington Location
This is a six month fixed term contract supporting a busy Project team. You will be an integral part of a small support team who provide guidance and advice on business process, documentation, internal systems and information requests. Stakeholder support will be your priority along with making sure that process is followed, and accuracy of documentation and information is maintained.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing administration process advice
Learning the internal enquiry system and assisting with queries
Sharing data and information on request
Assisting in drafting, preparation, peer reviewing and checking of documentation.
Collaborate with the team to verify information and check processes
Building strong relationships stakeholders
We are looking for candidates who have a solid administrative support background along with:
