The Role Our client is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Leader based in Palmerston North. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their manufacturing processes are efficient, their team is motivated, and their lollies continue to delight taste buds across the country.
This role involves:
Leading a small team of 12
Operating the plant and working as part of a collaborative team
Ensuring a high quality of all products manufactured
Planning production
Ensuring compliance within Health and Safety
This is a Monday to Friday role from 3.15pm to 11.45pm.

Ideally previous experience in the food industry / red line
Physically fit as you will be required to assist with manufacturing
Ability to coordinate and manage a team at a supervisor level
Forklift license is desirable but not required
