The Go to Market team delivers clarity on where the growth opportunity is within lines of business, what will be desired, and orchestrates the development of compelling, relevant and required propositions. This enables a greater cadence of value to customers in support of BB's ambition to be the biggest supporter of New Zealand Business and to build ASB's reputation as a leader in the Business Banking market.

By working alongside key stakeholders such as Product, Marketing, and Sales you will support the effective, efficient and sustainable delivery of Go to Market initiatives.

This is a 12 month secondment opportunity based at North Wharf.

  • An understanding of idea creation to execution in a large complex environment
  • Bring your experience across strategy, product, and/or marketing
  • You'll be dealing with a broad range of stakeholders therefore effective communication, networking and influencing skills are required
  • You'll be self-driven with a desire to ask the right questions, build solutions, and manage and deliver excellent outcomes
