Team Leader
Are you a natural leader with a passion for teamwork and efficiency? We're seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our client's team in the meat processing area. If you have experience overseeing a small team and a strong track record in communication and leadership, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a small team in the meat processing area, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards
  • Work closely with your team and the shift supervisor to meet and exceed set KPIs
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity and quality
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading a team is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both team members and management
