Ultimate Coatings Ltd has been servicing the Bay of Plenty since 1978.
We're currently looking for a self-motivated OfficeAdministrator to join our team in Papamoa.
This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team and you will be responsible for a variety of general administration duties, as well as ensuring the overall efficiency and smooth running of our office.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating office activities and operations
Handling enquiries
Managing workflow of the jobs
Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Financial: accounts payable and receivable
Payroll and HR
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Submitting reports and preparing proposals
General office management such as ordering stationary
Performing other relevant duties when needed
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running so you will need to have proven office administration experience, as well as the ability to use initiative, work proactively and strive for excellence in all areas of work.
Essential skills and attributes include:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to manage work flow and meet deadlines
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and payroll
A flexible, proactive work ethic and the ability to multi task
An organised, methodical approach to your work with attention to detail
Accurate data entry skills
Honesty and reliability
A positive and helpful manner
A 'can-do' attitude
Knowledge of Xero, Fergus, SmartPayroll and/or Health & Safety would be advantageous.
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, 7:30am - 4:30pm with additional hours when required. We do require someone who is able to commit to working those hours.
