Hi-Top Scaffolding provide scaffolding & edge protection gear that is fit for purpose, quick and easy to install, and with a minimal footprint so trades can work efficiently with minimal obstacles around them. Serving Auckland's North Shore region.
We're currently looking for an experienced Operations Assistant / Ticketed Scaffolder to join our team.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to hold a current Scaffolding Qualification (Ticket), along with a minimum of 5 years solid scaffolding experience, and ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Confident IT Skills - Word, Excel and ability to learn job management software with training provided where required. Note: we currently use Tradify and Safety culture.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff to efficiently achieve productivity results, in a positive manner.
Main responsibilities will include:
Running the teams in the morning pre-start
Installation and dismantling of scaffold and edge protection equipment on both residential and commercial client sites
Calculating loadings and designing a suitable scaffold structure for each situation.
Assisting with job management and monitor site build quality.
Providing support and guidance to team members to assist with improve build performance.
Training new employees on company build procedures, including safety measures.
Provide feedback to Management on the performance of new employees.
Carrying out weekly site checks/audits to ensure builds comply with Hi-Top build standards, and sign safety
Attending and being proactive with providing feedback in Team Leader meetings.
Installing and dismantling of scaffold and edge protection to scope where required.
Monitoring health and safety for yourself and others. This includes checking worksites for hazards before commencing any work.
This is a full time position working 7:00am - 5:00pm 5 days per week with the opportunity to work weekends during busy periods. An immediate start is available.
