Are you an experienced and licensed PA with a passion for real estate? Do you like variety and being able to utilise your sales license?

If you're looking for a role where you can use your exceptional organisational and administration skills to support a high-achieving, results-driven residential sales consultant, then this is the opportunity for you.

Bayleys Ponsonby has a fantastic opening for a PA who has a strong background in real estate and who can manage the campaigns from start to finish. You will be responsible for providing administrative, marketing, and customer service support to the salesperson and ensuring that every little detail is taken care of.

This is a very busy multitasking, and juggling role that requires you to have excellent computer skills, familiarity with CRM systems (Property Suite), attention to detail, accuracy, professionalism, and a friendly manner with clients and colleagues. You will also need to have a creative and proactive approach to marketing and social media and be prepared for the unexpected and thrive in a fast-paced and inclusive environment.

What you will do:

  • Prepare submission documents and organise signage, advertising, photography, etc.
  • Work closely with the salesperson to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and the buyers and vendors are communicated with regularly and professionally
  • Ensure material is ready for open homes
  • Prepare vendor reporting
  • Manage social media and personal promotion marketing
  • Use the CRM system to manage the campaigns


What you need:

  • Real estate experience and a current salesperson's license
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (Property Suite)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and friendly manner with clients and colleagues
  • Creative and proactive approach to marketing and social media
