Job Description

Job Title: Metal Recycling Worker – Bring Your Positive Energy to Our Team!

Are you a motivated individual with a can-do attitude? Do you thrive in dynamic, hands-on environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Metal Recycling Worker who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, has a positive mindset, and loves contributing to a sustainable future!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sorting, processing, and preparing metal scrap for recycling
  • Operating basic machinery and tools (training provided)
  • Working with a dedicated team to ensure efficient recycling processes
  • Keeping the work area safe, clean, and organized (it's messy, but you’ll enjoy the challenge!)
  • Contributing to reducing waste and protecting the environment every day


What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and a friendly, team-oriented spirit
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, often messy environment
  • A willingness to learn and grow in the recycling industry
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic (no job too big or small!)
  • Ability to lift, move, and work with materials on a regular basis
  • Previous experience in recycling or labour-intensive work is a plus but not required
  • Preference will be given to OSh forklift holders
  • Must have a Clean MOJ and pass a Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol Test
