Mō te Tūranga |About the role
This position will play an integral role in the Payment Platform Leadership Team to look after payments for Kiwis. This CXO will be technically minded internally focused to drive out platform efficiencies and strategic goals.
Builds and maintains a clear understanding of customer needs and continuously communicates the roadmap to stakeholders
Brings out valuable, engaging stories into a living roadmap
Collaborates with our internal customers to create and maintain well-groomed backlogs
Conveys the strategic vision and the Platform's goals to the squads, ensures this is upheld throughout delivery and helps the squads make decisions on innovation and prioritisation
Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?
The understanding of the following would be beneficial to this role:
Technical Product Ownership experience in an agile environment, delivering services and products
Come from a technical background, preferably in development
Sharp commercial skills to lead stakeholder discussions around prioritization for their products and services
The strategic and operational importance of the lending platforms to Banking
Digital lending (our strategic target state) and lending technologies and platforms
Availability, Resilience and Cyber concepts
Modern technology paradigms including APIs, cloud, event driven architectures, and microservices.
