Job Description

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to safely and efficiently move materials such as dirt, gravel, and other aggregates. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a front-end loader and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials.
  • Transport materials to stockpiles or trucks, ensuring proper load distribution and stability.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure efficient and coordinated operations on-site.
  • Follow instructions and work within established timeframes to meet project requirements.
