At Compass Group we have partnered with Air New Zealand as one team to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember. We are looking to build our team in our Air New Zealand Lounge at Auckland Airport, and are now looking for enthusiastic Chefs to join our team on a casual basis. Hours of work are on "as and when" required basis, dependent upon business needs.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

Our Chef;

• Will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving top quality meals for our customers.
• Will need to be able to cook within budget, assist with ordering and menu development as well as ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers through allergen and nutrition management.
• Will also be assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties.
